Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Stitch POP mobile application (the "App") operated by Shiner ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Stitch POP is a casual number-matching puzzle game. The App provides the following features:

• Single-player game modes (Classic and Clear)
• AI battle mode
• Online multiplayer battles (when available)
• Global leaderboards and rankings
• Google Sign-In for account management

3. User Accounts

• You may use the App anonymously or sign in with your Google account.
• If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account or allow others to access the App through your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Manipulate game scores, rankings, or leaderboard data
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, music, game mechanics, and code — is the intellectual property of Shiner and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party services such as Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements may be displayed during your use of the App. Ad-related data collection is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases in the future. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shiner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
